Life In Idle
Life in Idle is a Midwest emo band from Dayton, Ohio, formed in 2011 when we first met in high school. Over the years, we've toured the country, played festivals across the U.S., and shared the stage with some of our favorite artists. Our debut album Out to Get Me was released in 2018, followed by our sophomore album Continuity Error(s) in 2023, which we recorded in New Jersey with Gary Cioni (Free Throw, Hot Mulligan, Mom Jeans) and co-produced by Chris Freeman, guitarist of Hot Mulligan. After spending 2024 touring, we’re excited to be working on new music. Our songs are deeply personal, exploring themes like emotional growth, maintaining a positive mindset, and the journey of healing. We sing about staying strong through hard times and always striving to be better, embracing the hope and resilience that are at the heart of emo music. Our blend of emo has no screaming, and is heartfelt with dynamic sound, and melody which is a perfect fit for fans of all ages, and we’re passionate about connecting with audiences in ways that are meaningful and inclusive.

Been in music for over 20 years. I quit to pursue a career as a teacher, but found myself back making music around 10 years ago. Made a move to charlotte than LA to farther my career in 2016. I came back to this side of the country to gain more time with my children and if possible gain some traction musically on this side of the country.
Kyleen Downes
Kyleen Downes, a Dayton-based guitarist and songwriter, creates sonically approachable music reminiscent of a road trip radio scan. Her high-energy stage presence and infectious optimism leave audiences feeling uplifted. With influences from the Dayton music scene, Kyleen blends acoustic and electric guitars, along with a looper pedal, to craft upbeat sounds. Her debut album ‘Come On Sit Down’ released in 2020, ‘Left On the Pavement’ is her latest single released January of 2024.
Rob Niro
Rob Niro is an American Hip-Hop Artist & Ceo of Buildabird incorporated. He grew up on the west side of Dayton, and make music about the triumph stories of overcoming the obstacles of tough inner city living, love and all of lifes ups and downs.

K. Carter is a hip hop artist from Dayton, Ohio and the Founder of "For Dayton by Dayton." The self-proclaimed "Son of Hip Hop" has a style of music that fits any demographic. He is all about community and love and it shows through his lyricism. His music is loved by people all over the world. His songs have people from all walks of life enjoying themselves.
